I am truly honored to have been asked to assume the chairmanship of CoreNet NJ, the state’s advocacy and education leader for the corporate real estate industry. I look forward to taking our organization to a new level of importance across the entire state.

Under the leadership of our past Chairman, Tim Comerford, CoreNetNJ has grown into a respected representative of our industry. His leadership and vision, working with our volunteer Board, has established CoreNetNJ as the leading advocate for our industry. I thank him for his efforts.

A sincere thank you is also well deserved by our sponsors and members. Their financial support allows us to address the needs our industry, providing the highest level and most time-sensitive educational workshops that address best practices and current industry trends.

Two key initiatives will continue to be pursued to the fullest extent. With our access to the resources of CoreNet Global we will continue to offer programs that both enhance the profitability of our members and provide value to the New Jersey business community at-large And we will monitor legislation that has the potential to impact our industry, advocating to make New Jersey a business-friendly state, assuring smart growth, an educated workforce, and jobs for our citizens.

The social aspect of our organization also holds great importance. Our Summer Social and our Holiday Party continue to be highlights of the year, bringing our membership together for a relaxed evening of networking at New Jersey’s most exclusive locations. We will also continue to bring our members to the state’s most important development projects as we have recently done with visits to the Prudential Center and the New York Jets Training Facility.
