Chairman’s Message

I would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support of CoreNet Global and the New Jersey Chapter.  It is certainly a privilege to serve as Chairman.  As the New Jersey Chapter begins its fourth year; we continue to enhance our programs and events to ensure we provide the maximum value to all members.  A number of opportunities for you to keep abreast of the latest trends in the corporate real estate field are planned for this year. Chapter meetings provide opportunities to keep current on the most recent local and State issues, such as; major new development and redevelopment projects and New Jersey incentive program and market conditions.  This year’s programming will include; case studies on obtaining New Jersey incentives, the Meadowlands Xanadu Project, and New Jersey’s telecommunication infrastructure.  Our educational programs offer members the ability to share information on the best practices in corporate real estate.  And don’t forget about the New Jersey Chapter’s networking events.  The Summer Social event is attended by over 250 people and has already become legendary and a highly sought after ticket.  Members also have an opportunity to challenge one of New Jersey’s more prestigious golf courses at Mountain Ridge Country Club.
