MEXICO DF, August 3, 2005 – Today the real estate sector of Mexico continues evolving and maturing, for which requires of innovation and creativity through serious global associations to continue being fortified, as is the case of CoreNet Global (Corporate Real you Be you Network), that since its foundation has had as mission to professionalize the industry and to exchange with its members, of the diverse regions, the better global practices to Local level.  By this reason, last August 3 of the present, CB Richard Ellis Mexico, along with TecnoParque and HOK (Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, Inc.), they sponsored and they organized the event to present in Mexico to CoreNet Global, which was carried out in the corporate center TecnoParque, located in Azcapotzalco, before the presence of executives of diverse businesses, banks, officials of government and the developers of the project TecnoParque.

Claudio Tanco, Corporate Director of Goods real estate of HSBC Mexico, referred to the strategy that carried to this prestigious financial institution to emigrate its Contact Center, that was located in Toluca, to TecnoParque in Azcapotzalco.  “With this change we have reached the standards of efficiency and comfort that we sought and in the end we have had a benefit”.  He invited the participants to travel through the installations of TecnoParque and the building that harbors HSBC, that is emphasized for being a building with an extensive distribution as soon as stations of work and with the highest standards of security, infrastructure, operation and inclusive of comfort. 

The vice President of Corporate Services CB Richard Ellis Mexico, Luis Méndez, who functioned as the moderator, presented to the noticeable panelists of this event, as well as to Melissa Ginocchio, CoreNet Chapter Manager, responsible for opening the chapter Mexico, and to Leslie Whatley, Former President CoreNet Global, who has 21 years of experience in corporate real estate and was the Chairman of the Board, and served seven years on this prestigious organization.
