Developing skills to influence others and practicing them consciously increase your positive leadership impact thus helping you to persuade others. To influence others, leaders first attempt to understand their thinking, clarify with questions, make them feel heard and challenge assumptions. They demonstrate an abundant learner mindset. In this session, you will get to learn some concepts in connection with leadership influence - asking questions, taking a stand, challenging assumptions, demonstrating a learner mindset. You will experience some of these through conversational experiences.
