There is a huge amount of noise out there regarding the debate between employee engagement and employee experience. But what is employee experience, and what is employee experience and how important it is for organisational success? Are they the same? Or are they two different things?
What do either of them mean within the context of digital organisations and/or those trying to transform and be successful in the digital age? And how influential is the physical environment in regards to its impact on both employee engagement and the employee experience?
