How Corporate Real Estate Tech Start-Ups & Investors are Betting On the Evolving Needs of Occupiers

Real estate tech funding has increased 10x in past 5 years and the number of real estate tech start-ups have increased from less than 5 per year to 50-100 per year. Why? What's driving the investment interest in CRE tech disruption? The roundtable discussion will provide insights into early stage CRE tech trends and where venture capital is anticipating the greatest demand and impact. The panel/ audience discussion will approach this topic from different perspectives in the real estate tech space: CEO/ entrepreneurs, investors, service providers and occupiers.
