This session will review the co-location of fourteen Madrid agencies into one single building. This is the model that Publicis Groupe implemented in Paris and is now expanding to Madrid. This change has little to do with optimisation and real estate and more to do with how the Groupe wants to move toward a holding company to provide their clients with a fully integrated service. Taking the Madrid Publicis Groupe relocation project as an example, the session will look at how companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Publicis Media can cohabit in the same space whilst keeping their Brand identity, their different work styles and most importantly their market sector. Explore how co-location and a purposeful design benefit the creativity of the agency staff as well as client’s campaigns.
