Tuning Up: Tools & Approaches for Improving Workplace Wellbeing

Art in the workplace can lead to increased productivity and help make the workplace a living, breathing environment. However, workplace wellbeing cannot be achieved through art alone. As lines continue to blur within the workplace, employers are facing unprecedented pressure to understand what constitutes a working environment that promotes wellness. Beginning with Pecha Kucha style presentations, the panel will present a multi-faceted 'menu' approach to tuning up workplace wellbeing. The panel includes leading experts from music, art and office interiors alongside Dr. Craig Knight, Psychology Professor at the University of Exeter who specialises in the psychology of the workplace environment.  During this fun and lively session you will engage in an exercise designed to explore the importance of workplace wellbeing and provide insight into how subtle changes can help increase productivity.

Key Takeaways:

  • Identify and have some insight into the options available to influence change in the design of the workplace environment.
  • Benefit from the opportunity to practise designing a workplace environment that promotes wellness.
