The enterprise focus for the last ten to fifteen years has been on improving processes and increased efficiency. In an ever changing world or organisation with multiple clients, stakeholders and objectives, one style of leadership is not going to be enough to deal with the different problems you will encounter.
Processes are good for dealing with simple problems, possibly even complicated ones. They don’t help and can even make things worse when dealing with complexity. This session looks at what has become known as wicked problems and what it takes to be a wicked leader.
