Sprint obtained over 350 retail locations in a bulk acquisition in March of 2017, and needed to convert them to Sprint Corporate Stores in just 3 months to optimize the return on investment. This required the development of an agile, comprehensive strategy that propelled a large organization into being nimble while balancing speed with the appropriate risk considerations. With a goal of creating corporate agility, Sprint and CBRE looked to disruptive technology and a fully integrated, end to end service model to enable rapid deployment, scalability and transparency into the high visibility program. The result: this three month program delivered 363 retail locations on time, under budget.
