REGISTRATION ASSURANCE POLICY FOR SUMMIT CoreNet Global recognizes that today’s uncertain economic environment may be a barrier to taking the step to register for the Summit. In order to mitigate your risk, we have amended our cancellation policy to provide you with the assurance that your investment will be preserved in the event that you are unable to attend the Summit. Prior to 18 September 2009, with written notice, registrants may cancel their registration and apply the proceeds toward a future Summit, Webinar, or online professional development program. A $100 processing fee will apply. The credit may be applied by the registrant or their designee toward any CoreNet Global Summit or online program held before November, 2010. After 18 September 2009 and before 2 October 2009, a CoreNet global credit will also be granted (with written notice). A $175 processing fee will apply. After 2 October 2009, as food and beverage guarantees have been made on your behalf, cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to CoreNet Global and e-mailed to djeffreys@corenetglobal.org. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MCR/SLCR SEMINARS Please provide written notice of cancellation prior to the event. (1.) You may send a substitute, transfer to another seminar, or request a credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue, at no additional charge. (2.) To receive a tuition refund less a $150 service fee, please give 14 days notice; registration fees are non-refundable. (3.)
