Managing Change and Transition

Based on the work of Bill Bridges, this dynamic and relevant model identifies the most common reasons that change often fails in organizations: leaders focus on the tangible change while the internal, personal work of transitioning to the change is often ignored. This talk will focus on the three stages of transition - Endings, Neutral Zone and New Beginnings - and how leaders can help themselves and their groups through the transition process to a successful outcome.
