Office Buildings that generate more energy than they consume have been built in Europe. A case-study of Unilever Paris already demonstrated the commitment of the company towards goals of becoming carbon neutral in their operations by 2030. Following on this success in Europe and a big drive in the industrial space, Unilever also undertook a similar exercise for two projects in office and warehouse space in South Africa.
