Success in CRE involves a lot of skill, focus and interpersonal tenacity among a wide array of stakeholders. To deliver on deals, projects and broader strategies, CRE leaders must leverage the talent of others. That would be easy if people always did what you needed them to do. Unfortunately, too often that is not the case. While we cannot control the behavior of others, we can change our own behavior to maximize our influence with them.
