After 30 years of the open door policy in China, many MNC operations in one location could easily exceed a few thousand staff. This means you may need to build and own your office building rather than lease it. Since the office spaces in downtown area have become more expansive and less available, many MNC have started to look at the suburban and city outskirt options to locate their regional office.
