Alternative Workplace Strategy - What's Really Working? Understanding which strategies are working, who is adopting these strategies and how they are being impacted by the current economic environment was the result of the second annual Alternative Workplace Benchmarking Study conducted by New Ways of Working Network (NewWOW). Representing about 4.5 million employees, more than 100 companies participated globally in the study.
