To understand the impacts of reengineering on corporate real estate, Deloitte & Touche and NACORE surveyed corporate real estate executives about the impetus for, and execution and results of, reengineering taking place in their companies. The survey sought information on the resulting changes in real estate services provided, organization and reporting, space utilization, department staffing, characteristics of retained personnel, and the perception of the outcome of the reengineering office.
