END USER
End User members are those individuals with real estate or real estate related responsibilities. They are focused on the workplace or infrastructure management for public, private or governmental organizations. This organization utilizes or leases real estate for its own needs, rather than for investment, sale, or development.Click to Select this Member Type

YOUNG LEADER END USER*
Young Leader End User members are 35 years of age or younger, and are those individuals with real estate or real estate related responsibilities. They are focused on the workplace or infrastructure management for public, private or governmental organizations. This organization utilizes or leases real estate for its own needs, rather than for investment, sale, or development.

SERVICE PROVIDER
Service Provider members are those individuals in professions that serve the needs of the corporate real estate executive. This includes, but is not limited to: property managers, brokers, builders and developers, consultants, architects, attorneys, etc. The primary focus of the service provider member is to attract business for economic gain, i.e. to manage accounts or provide some service. YOUNG LEADER SERVICE PROVIDER*
Young Leader Service Provider members are 35 years of age or younger, and are those individuals in professions that serve the needs of the corporate real estate executive. This includes, but is not limited to: property managers, brokers, builders and developers, consultants, architects, attorneys, etc. The primary focus of the service provider member is to attract business for economic gain, i.e. to manage accounts or provide some service.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPER
Economic Developer members include, but are not limited to, those individuals that are employed by: national, regional, state, county, and city economic development organizations; chambers of commerce, community and neighborhood development organizations. Click to Select this Member Type

YOUNG LEADER ECONOMIC DEVELOPERS*
Young Leader Economic Developer members are 35 years of age or younger and include, but are not limited to, those individuals that are employed by: national, regional, state, county, and city economic development organizations; chambers of commerce, community and neighborhood development organizations.

ACADEMIC
Academic Members are educators who spend at least eighty (80) percent of their time teaching in the field of real estate or real estate related education. Click to Select this Member Type

JOURNALIST
Professionals in the business of writing for, editing or publishing information relating to real estate and employed by a media source which is published at least four (4) times each calendar year. This category includes only journalists from the press and electronic media, and specifically excludes those individuals employed in advertising or sales capacities, who may qualify as Service Provider Members. STUDENT
Student Members must be full-time (at least 12 hours) or active degree candidates in real estate or related fields Click to Select this Member Type

RETIRED*
Retired members must have been associated with the Association or its predecessors for at least five (5) years as a member in good standing. Retired members are no longer working in a real estate or real estate related industry.
