T-Zed is a celebration of what technology can do and its presentation toward more ecological concerns. It is a new sensibility that embraces far wider concerns of energy use, sustainable urbanism and, of course, ecological awareness. This project aims to prove that sustainable living in the Indian urban context is not only economically and technically viable, but can also be comfortable and manageable for the common man. This is a residential campus with many firsts: LEED Platinum-rated residential apartment, centrally air-conditioned (with no CFC and HCFC), no water supply from the outside, waste treated and reused. It is a successful blend of uncommon approaches, combined with more traditional green initiatives
